Regarding this, an AutoLisp function was created for the rapid development of an oblique cone frustum, capable of being used in the current working session of the drawing executed in AutoCAD, without requiring additional calculations or drawings.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://sorging.ro/jideg/index.php/jideg/article/view/306 ECO-DESIGN STUDY OF A TURBOFAN ENGINE PRODUCT. IMPROVEMENT SOLUTIONS 2023-11-05T10:51:06+00:00 Mihai-Andrei CIOBANOIU ciobanoiu.andrei98@gmail.com
This paper aims to analyse turbofan engines from an eco-design point of view, so that this study can highlight their future in a world based on design with as little impact on the environment as possible, as well as on people. In order to achieve this objective, we will analyse both their evolution, their impact throughout the product life cycle and improvement solutions both achieved in the past and potential solutions that can be implemented in the future.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://sorging.ro/jideg/index.php/jideg/article/view/307 GEOMETRIC STUDY IN THE REALIZATION OF CONCRETE FURNITURE 2023-11-05T11:01:46+00:00 Ana-Maria GRAUR anamaria.graur@arch.utcluj.ro Laura PATACHI laura.patachi@arch.utcluj.ro Alice Maria OPRICA alice.oprica@arch.utcluj.ro
When we are looking to make a piece of furniture, indoor or outdoor, we immediately think that the requirements related to functionality, ergonomics, flexibility, aesthetics and design will be met. At the same time, through these pieces of furniture, we give the space personality. But in order to obtain the desired shape, we go through a series of studies based on geometrical study. With the unlimited possibilities offered by technology, we have the opportunity to obtain increasingly complex forms of furniture, with a high degree of industrialization, from various materials. Concrete is a beautiful, affordable, weather-resistant material, versatile and suitable for any space, interior or exterior. The purpose of this work is to present such a creative process and the stages that take place in the realization of the concrete furniture piece.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://sorging.ro/jideg/index.php/jideg/article/view/308 THE INTERIOR DESIGN OF A HELICOPTER. PILOT’S POSITION: MODELLING AND CONTROL 2023-11-05T11:08:58+00:00 Bianca NANE nanebiancam@gmail.com Catalina ENACHE dobre.catalina@yahoo.fr
To this day, most means of transport, either objects or persons, are designed to be handled by a person on board. So the design of a means of transport must be an ergonomic one, taking into account the human factor (the person who will handle the machine). The ergonomic design of a pilot's workspace is about ensuring the state of comfort in the movements he must perform so that he can handle the means of transport safely. In the aviation sector, this rigor of design is more important because even the slightest human error can be fatal. Over time, it was realized the importance of creating the virtual human model in design in order to discover the problems of ergonomic nature. The virtual human model made in the Maya Autodesk software will be analyzed from the point of view of movements to see if the model complies with the restrictions of the human body and if it can perform the specific movements of a pilot in the helicopter cabin.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://sorging.ro/jideg/index.php/jideg/article/view/309 A NEW SOLUTION TO REDUCE THE SPREADING RISK OF AIRBORNE INFECTIONS IN AIRCRAFT CABIN 2023-11-05T11:18:25+00:00 jideg jideg contact@sorging.ro Alexandru DANAILA alex.danaila21@gmail.com
At present, due to the pandemic context, air transport is being re-analysed. Especially the economy class, where most passengers travel, having six people in a row of seats becomes risky because there is no minimum distance between people. If a person is infected, they can transmit the virus very easily, even if they wear a mask. The project also contains an assessment of the possibility of transmitting the virus through the cabin ventilation system. Two ventilation solutions are simulated in Ansys Fluent, both for the current cabin configuration of a one-aisle aircraft. Next, a solution that would improve the health safety on board is proposed. The new seats and cabin configurations are designed. Firstly, the middle seat replaced with a luggage storage box, large enough to carry some "hold" luggage and secondly, a plexiglass panel support, which can be mounted on the seat backside is conceived. Finally, the air flow in aircraft cabin for this new arrangement is analysed.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://sorging.ro/jideg/index.php/jideg/article/view/310 THE IMPORTANCE OF AIRPORT SPACE FROM A 3D VISUALIZATION PERSPECTIVE 2023-11-05T11:26:16+00:00 Daniela ANGHEL angheldaniela98@yahoo.com
This paper’s main objective is to evaluate that, if showing animated scenes of modern technologies used in airports all around the world, passengers will trust and adopt more of these technologies to make their flight harmonious and less time consuming. To form the preliminary ideas of self-service technologies, SITA’s IT Insights will be thoroughly analyzed. All gathered information will lay out the foundation of the survey and the 3D visualization that will be addressed to old and new Romanian passengers of all ages. The 3D visualization will focus on creating scenes of pre-departure area from an imaginary airport to pressure the passengers to make new connections between all the types of self-service technologies and traditional procedures in airports.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://sorging.ro/jideg/index.php/jideg/article/view/311 AN ALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE ERGONOMICS OF THE PILOT'S COCKPIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH HUMAN PROPORTIONS 2023-11-05T11:32:25+00:00 Alexandru IONESCU alex.ionescu535@gmail.com
The performance of the pilot is closely related to their comfort during flight. An important factor that needs to be addressed is the temperature in the pilot's cockpit and how it is distributed and managed. This paper aims to address the issue of air dispersion because the current location of the ventilation ports do not take into account current human proportions and adaptability demonstrated by humans with regard to global warming. Once this problem is solved, the next step is to optimize the distribution of temperature in the cockpit. As solutions, this work proposes the creation of new ventilation grids that will optimize the way air is managed in the cockpit.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023 http://sorging.ro/jideg/index.php/jideg/article/view/312 WANKEL ROTARY ENGINE IN 3D PRINTING 2023-11-05T11:42:23+00:00 Andreea Sorina SANDU sanduandreaa911@gmail.com Valentin Lucian MEREUTA Valentin.Mereuta@ugal.ro Robert Alexandru LEFTER al194@student.ugal.ro Nicusor BAROIU Nicusor.Baroiu@ugal.ro
In recent years, 3D printing (Additive Manufacturing) has evolved substantially and very rapidly, which has resulted in high affordability for the purchase of 3D printers and diversified printing by professionals, hobbyists, or the curious. Consequently, this type of technology is in a continuous evolution beneficial to mankind and offers development opportunities for almost every field existing in our lives such as: automotive engineering, space engineering, medicine, psychology, etc. The paper presents the solid modeling of the components of a Wankel engine, the method of printing the components with the help of the 3D printer, at a reduced scale compared to the real one, followed by the realization of the engine assembly, using Inventor Student 2023.
2023-11-05T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2023
